I enrolled in the CQF because my background was essentially in Vanilla Options, I worked on the exchanges and as I moved up in the industry I started to price and trade more exotic products. At ING, where I was working when doing the CQF, I was trading what is known as lighter exotics and I wanted to get into the heavier exotic group. I also wanted to get a better background in understanding the models and how they are applied.

The part time flexible structure was very important; I did not have the ability to take a full time program at the time, so the CQF fit my schedule perfectly. The online delivery was very good; it allowed me to rewind and go forward as needed and to review sessions over if necessary.
