Dr. Alonso is a financial markets practitioner with more than 20 years of experience in asset management. He is the Chief Development Officer at Global AI and previously worked at UBS, AndBank and KPMG. He is an Advisory Board Member at FDP Institute and has previously taught at Columbia University, Imperial College, and NYU Courant about topics in Fintech, big data and asset allocation. In 2010 Miquel earned a PhD in Quantitative Finance with a Summa Cum Laude distinction.
